Loxley McNeill is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the 3,000hr massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage therapy.
Loxley first became curious about the human body through her first attempts at yoga practice! She had never pushed her body to such heights before, and each day brought surprise and a new fascination at the way her body was changing. Naturally, this had a direct impact on her entire frame of mind about life.
This curiosity led to certification in occupational first aid and Loxley worked at B.C. Place as a first responder for a time. She considered being an Emergency Responder, but wanted to help the public in a more laid back environment. This led to becoming registered as a massage therapist.
Loxley enjoys treating such conditions as pregnancy, neurological conditions,, gastrointestinal concerns, postural dysfunctions, and musculoskeletal concerns. While she uses a treasure trove of modalities such as trigger point release, direct and indirect fascial techniques, her favorite is simple swedish. She believes that with simple relaxation, and a nudge in the right direction, the human body will learn to help itself.
Through interview and assessment Loxley will create an individualized plan to suit your goals and the needs of your body. She loves to help fellow humans find their inner peace, discover their bodies, and move towards a happy and balanced existence.
