Megan Bruneau, M.A. RCC
Megan Bruneau, M.A., RCC is a psychotherapist, writer, and workshop facilitator who specializes in helping individuals change their relationships to themselves. Megan’s workshops are appropriate for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, eating disorders, and any other perfectionism-related challenges.
Professionally, Megan holds Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University, where her thesis research focused on relationship breakups. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Family studies from the University of British Columbia. She currently works in the counselling department at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and takes a small number of private clients through Elements.
