Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a Swedish massage using heated Basalt stones to warm the tissues of the body and promote deep relaxation. The stones are placed on specific points of the body to heat the tissues and stimulate blood circulation. The stones are also used to massage the body allowing for a deeper release within the tissues. Hot stone therapy can help reduce aches and pains ease tension and melt restrictive fascia. Perfect for a cold or rainy Vancouver day.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is an acupressure massage technique that was developed in Japan. Its goal is to restore the natural, healthy flow of energy or "Qi" in the body. Energy paths or meridians are stimulated with finger, palm, elbow, knee and foot pressure, reducing stress and bringing rebalance to your body and mind. Shiatsu is great for relaxation, relieving back, neck and shoulder tension, improving muscle and joint function and for general well-being.

Collagen Facial

As aging occurs, collagen unfortunately doesn't reproduce as quickly and effectively, leaving the skin less firm. Our collagen facial stimulates the production of collagen and improves skin texture, restores a firmer appearance, re-hydrates and rejuvenates the skin. Your face will look and feel younger. This hour long experience will cleanse and nourish your skin while leaving your face and your mind relaxed and renewed.

This day of Bliss & Beauty starts out with a one hour Signature Swedish Massage, then follows with a nourishing collagen facial and ends with an Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation treatment. This ancient treatment will renew the face, eliminate fine lines and wrinkles or soften deeper seated lines as well as restore balance in the whole body.

Detoxify & Rejuvenate
