I've always had the longing to leave the blistering winters of Manitoba and see what the west coast had to offer. Turned out is was a mix of rain and beautiful beach days! The active lifestyle is something that I really appreciate and motivates me to 'get moving.' Ultimately I moved to BC to complete training in a 3,000 hr program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. As well I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists and a member of the Massage Therapist Association of BC.

Whether your needs are trigger point release, deep swedish massage, pain from injuries or headaches, my goal is to get your body where you need it to be. I want to meet your goals and help enable you to continue in your activities of daily living. I believe in adapting my style and pressure to each individual.

I appreciate the benefits that massage has to offer in overall well-being as well as in healing. My job is a rewarding one and I love that! I get to witness and be apart of bettering people's lives, how better can it get?

I love be out out in the sun, whether that includes going for a long walk, reading a book or being at the beach. Our bodies weren't made to be sedentary and I like that even through the rain, people are still remaining active!
