Tension Headache - this is usually the most common type of headache and can radiate from the neck, back, eyes or other muscle groups of the body. This type of headache is often described as a constant pressure (as if the head was being squeezed in a vise).

Migraine Headache - this type of headache is still kind of a mystery as to why they happen but what is likely is there is swelling in the blood vessels and nerves surrounding the brain. It is a chronic neurological disorder characterized by moderate to severe headaches and nausea. They are three times more common in women then men. There are subclasses of migraines such as migraine with aura or without aura, retinal migraine and chronic migraine.
